Lori Cleans Over 100 Headstones with Wet and Forget
Lori C., a resident of Brucefield, ON, discovered Wet & Forget Concentrate while she was searching for a product to remove moss and mold stains from her family’s headstones. She decided to try it out on her grandparents’ headstones and was very impressed by the results. Following the product’s success, Lori felt motivated to extend this task to other gravestones.

Lori posted a photo of an almost illegible headstone of a young child in the Facebook group. Her hope was that she could help someone locate an ancestor’s stone. A few days later, a woman reached out, expressing that they had been looking for her stone for decades. Lori eliminated both mold and algae stains on the stone, and she was thrilled to show the woman the finished result.
Inspired by her passion for preserving the history of her community, Lori runs her own local Facebook group, ‘Cemetery Enthusiasts of Huron County Ontario – Guardians of the Grave’. This group encourages members to share photos and videos of headstone cleaning, before-and-after photos, and genealogy information.
